About Us

A family sponsored charitable trust which raises money to fund life-saving research and improve the care and quality of life of young people with leukaemia.

Tim's Trust was established in 2006 in memory of a brave young man who died of acute lymphoblastic leukaemia in December 2005 after a three year battle against this cruel disease.

When Tim relapsed in April 2005, he began chemotherapy again and was very ill over the summer period. During this time, he dreamt of having a transplant, getting well and going to Germany in 2006 to support England in the Football World Cup. Sadly, this was not to be but, as a tribute to his courage and love of life, his father, John, decided to walk to Germany to honour Tim's dream and launch the Tim Reeve Charitable Trust.

Since then, with the help of many people, over £450,000 has been raised to help young people with leukaemia and other blood cancers have the opportunity to make their dreams come true. John is  a trustee of Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research and most of the money raised goes to support specific research projects funded by LLR.

An earlier website crashed and was unrecoverable but we hope to re-build a record of many of the fundraising events that have supported our cause so wonderfully well over the last nine years.
